- Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error such as an incorrect or defective item.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective product delivery.
